NNMFHC serves 5 counties: Lancaster, Middlesex, Northumberland, Richmond, and Westmoreland. The Clinic has a main office in Kilmarnock, VA and several Outreach facilities.
The NNMFHC mission is to serve accessible, quality health care to those who lack access to it in the community.
NNMFHC has seen over 19,500 individuals since 1993.
in 2024, NNMFHC has provided over $145 million worth of services to patients.

NNMFHC eligibility requires patients to live in the five counties the Clinic serves, have of an FPL under 400%, and have either Medicaid or be uninsured.
As of 1/1/25, NNMFHC raised the income limit of 400%.
NNMFHC provides Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, and Behavioral Health services as well as other specialties within those departments.
2,261 individuals were served in the Clinic during 2024
NNMFHC sees all different races, ethnicities, and genders.
