NNMFHC is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to perform both chairside and front office responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The Dental Clinic is a six-chair facility that provides high-quality care to patients five days per week.
The Dental Clinic team includes full- and part-time staff dentists, a full-time dental hygienist, and two dental assistants. The clinic also supports VCU senior dental and dental hygiene students who rotate through the clinic three days per week.Primary Responsibilities
Perform chairside dental assisting duties
Provide front office support as needed
Contribute to efficient clinic operations in a fast-paced setting
Required Qualifications
Current X-ray certification in Virginia, or the ability to complete certification within one month of employment
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of chairside dental assisting experience
Experience with dental software

Position Summary
NNMFHC is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant for a busy adult practice setting. This role supports physicians and nurse practitioners and plays a key role in patient care and clinic operations.Primary Responsibilities
Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with patient treatment as directed
Perform laboratory procedures
Schedule patient appointments
Handle prescription-related phone calls and interact with NNMFHC Pharmacy staff as directed
Complete other assigned duties as needed
Required Skills
Strong procedural skills
Strong patient communication skills
Ability to work effectively as a team member
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience in a medical setting
Phlebotomy experience and/or certification

Position Summary
NNMFHC is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician to support the efficient and effective operation of the Clinic Pharmacy under the supervision of the Pharmacist in Charge.
Primary Responsibilities
• Operate under the supervision of the Pharmacist in Charge
• Ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations
• Maintain regulatory compliance
• Support pharmacy services to outreach clinics
• Assist with the generation of required reports
• Support and assist staff and volunteer registered pharmacists as needed
• Assist any volunteer registered pharmacists on duty in the absence of the Pharmacist in Charge
Required Qualifications
• Current, active license as a registered pharmacy technician in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Completion of annual continuing education requirements
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a retail pharmacy setting OR experience working in a free or charitable clinic pharmacy
